This is truly a hard time for anyone to go through and my heart goes out to both you and your family. I am truly sorry for your loss. However there is a firm hope for the future. I am filled with sadness that Evanni Evans has passed away. I didn't know her well at all, saw her only a few times but she made a positive impression on me from the first. She was always nice, helpful, kind, courteous, considerate in all her dealings with me. She seemed to me to be a reliable, responsible, hard worker who did her job well and was happy to have the job here at Villages at Woodholme. The last time I saw her, she was fixing her lipstick after having eaten lunch, a small but positive, life-affirming act. I saw her as a happy person, full of life, and as working to move forward toward higher goals. How terribly terribly sad that her life ended at such a young age. She had so much more to do and so much more to offer this world. I hope that Evanni's times with us at Villages at Woodholme were positive and pleasant times for her, and that her family and friends will somehow come to grips with losing her. What a shock to learn of Evanni's passing. Evanni was such a warm and engaging presence as the Community Services Coordinator at the Villages at Woodholme. She was always professional, always responsive, and always worked hard to address the concerns and issues of this community. She will truly be missed. My prayers go out to her parents and family. Evanni was a bright light. Her smile made it very easy to want to say hello. I go to the gym everyday and it was a pleasure to say hello to Evanni when I was leaving from Monday to Friday. She was the 1st person that I explained what Thursday could be about. Sure Happy Its Thursday was our joke every Thursday. It put a big smile on her face every week. There are no words to express how the community feels. The reaction at the gym this morning was just a stare on our faces. I will miss seeing her each morning but I will always think of her when I leave the facility. Especially on Thursdays.
